- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs
- Maintain in depth knowledge of products, promotions, and offers
- Ensure proper display, merchandising, and stock arrangement
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns effectively
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and brand presentation
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of sales and billing systems/POS
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Overview
