The Role

We are seeking a driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in securing new business and developing strong client relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, generating leads, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Royal Keita to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, event attendance)
  • Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients
  • Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals that showcase Royal Keita’s services and competitive advantages
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Manage assigned sales territory and quota
  • Work collaboratively with event planners, chefs, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • Stay informed of current catering trends and competitor activity
  • Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software a plus
  • Arabic speakers will have added advantage
  • Have UAE driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • A passion for food and the catering industry
