Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for white- collar and technical staffing services.
- Approach potential clients and promote HR complete solutions such as recruitment, outsourcing, and payroll.
- Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with corporate clients **Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential clients.**
- Understand client requirements and fulfil ensuring complete service satisfaction. **Prepare proposals, pricing and service agreements.**
- Liaise with recruitment teams to facilitate the timely provision of qualified candidates and ensure efficient and smooth mobilization.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target and contribute to revenue growth. **Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.**
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of working experience.
- Proven experience working in HR Solutions or recruitment industry.
- Knowledge in Human Resource Services is desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
