Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Marketing, or related field
- 5 years of experience as a Sales Executive in Waste Management, Transport, or Environmental Services
- Strong understanding of waste management processes, recycling technologies, and environmental regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English required, Arabic is a distinct advantage
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Proficiency in CRM software, SAP, Microsoft Office
- Must be currently based in Qatar
- Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License
- Must have a valid NOC and be available to join immediately

Role Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Officer / Executive to play a crucial role in driving business growth, building long lasting client relationships, and promoting sustainable waste management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, municipalities, and industrial facilities, to offer waste management services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors within the waste management industry.
- Promote core services, including waste collection, recycling, hazardous waste disposal, and composting.
- Educate clients on the benefits of sustainable waste management practices, emphasizing cost effective and eco friendly solutions.
- Ensure clients are informed about environmental regulations and compliance standards.
- Assess client needs, collaborate with technical teams, and recommend tailored waste management plans.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and service related issues promptly and conduct regular follow ups.
- Meet or exceed organizational sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare, present, and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Track sales activities and maintain detailed records using CRM systems (e.g., SAP).
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of preferred experience as a Sales Executive, specifically within the Waste Management, Transport, or Environmental Services industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of waste management processes, recycling technologies, and environmental regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch services and build relationships. English is required; Arabic speaking is a distinct advantage.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to successfully negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to address complex client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, SAP, Microsoft Office, and other essential sales tools.
- Sustainability Awareness: A genuine passion for environmental sustainability and promoting eco friendly practices.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be currently based in Qatar.
- Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License.
