Role Overview

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Officer / Executive to play a crucial role in driving business growth, building long lasting client relationships, and promoting sustainable waste management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, municipalities, and industrial facilities, to offer waste management services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors within the waste management industry.
  • Promote core services, including waste collection, recycling, hazardous waste disposal, and composting.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of sustainable waste management practices, emphasizing cost effective and eco friendly solutions.
  • Ensure clients are informed about environmental regulations and compliance standards.
  • Assess client needs, collaborate with technical teams, and recommend tailored waste management plans.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and service related issues promptly and conduct regular follow ups.
  • Meet or exceed organizational sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare, present, and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Track sales activities and maintain detailed records using CRM systems (e.g., SAP).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of preferred experience as a Sales Executive, specifically within the Waste Management, Transport, or Environmental Services industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of waste management processes, recycling technologies, and environmental regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch services and build relationships. English is required; Arabic speaking is a distinct advantage.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to successfully negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to address complex client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, SAP, Microsoft Office, and other essential sales tools.
  • Sustainability Awareness: A genuine passion for environmental sustainability and promoting eco friendly practices.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be currently based in Qatar.
  • Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License.
  • Must have a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate) and be available to join immediately.
