About the Role

- Maintain cleanliness of offices, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to employees, visitors, and guests
- Keep the pantry clean, organized, and well stocked
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and office facilities regularly
- Set up and arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings
- Collect and dispose of waste according to company hygiene and safety procedures
- Assist with basic office support duties such as photocopying, document distribution, and internal deliveries
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor

- Able to read and write
- Previous experience in office cleaning or hospitality services preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of offices, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (tea, coffee, water, etc.) to employees, visitors, and guests.
- Keep the pantry clean, organized, and well stocked at all times.
- Ensure the availability of refreshments, cleaning materials, and pantry supplies.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and office facilities regularly.
- Set up and arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to company hygiene and safety procedures.
- Assist with basic office support duties such as photocopying, document distribution, and internal deliveries.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor.
- Comply with company policies and health & safety standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
