Overview

  • Qatar Living is looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to help grow advertising and e commerce business across marketplace portals including Properties, Classifieds & Services, Vehicles, and other industry advertising segments.
  • The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets across multiple verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently generating leads and qualifying prospects.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to win new business.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with the sales team and management.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of proven sales experience in e commerce, preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing client accounts, conducting presentations, and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with e commerce platforms, online payment systems, and social media marketing.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Good understanding of digital advertising trends and market dynamics in Qatar.
  • Valid QID and transferable sponsorship.
