Green Plus Shipping and Logistics Co. is hiring experienced Sales Executives in Dubai, UAE.
The position focuses on freight forwarding and logistics sales, customer development, and business generation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in the UAE market.
- Generate leads and convert them into regular business.
- Promote sea freight, air freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and logistics services.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct customer visits and business meetings.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of customer shipments.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- UAE logistics or freight forwarding sales experience is highly preferred.
- An existing customer network in Dubai or the UAE is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Good English communication skills.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time position.
- Pay is AED 2,000–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
