Accounts Executive

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Handle VAT-related accounting and documentation.
• Assist with tax compliance, filings, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Ensure accounting records comply with UAE regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and tax regulations.
• Practical experience with VAT filing and tax-related documentation.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is an advantage.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
• Salary is described as competitive and based on experience and qualifications.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
