Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive business development across key industrial sectors.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a B2B environment, enjoys meeting decision makers, and has a passion for closing high value deals.
  • You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in industries such as Building Materials, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, Marine, Power & Utilities, and Pipe Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within large corporate and industrial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Generate and qualify leads, converting them into long term business partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client visits.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within industrial sectors (Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, or related).
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment or pipeline tools (testing, sealing, isolation, repair preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior level decision makers.
  • Self driven, proactive, and target oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
