- Identify and develop new business opportunities within large corporate and industrial clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
- Generate and qualify leads, converting them into long term business partnerships
- Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client visits
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within industrial sectors (Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, or related)
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment or pipeline tools (testing, sealing, isolation, repair preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with senior level decision makers
- Self driven, proactive, and target oriented mindset
- Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel

Job Overview
- We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive business development across key industrial sectors.

- You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in industries such as Building Materials, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, Marine, Power & Utilities, and Pipe Manufacturing.
