Overview

We are seeking a **motivated and results-driven Export Sales Executive** to join our team.

This role focuses on **managing and growing international export sales**, building relationships with overseas clients and distributors, and ensuring smooth execution of export orders.

The ideal candidate is a **proactive sales professional with a strong track record in export or international B2B sales**, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Occasional travel may be required to meet clients, attend exhibitions, or explore new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and develop export sales opportunities in international markets.
  • Manage and grow existing overseas accounts while developing new international clients.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with international customers, agents, and distributors.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Coordinate export orders, shipping documents, customs clearance, and follow up until delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate sales reports.
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s strategic export growth.
  • Travel occasionally for client visits, exhibitions, or market research as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum **2 years of experience** in **export sales, international B2B sales, or industrial product sales**.
  • Proven track record in achieving **export sales targets**.
  • Strong **communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills**.
  • Excellent command of **English**; **Arabic and/or Farsi preferred** to support regional markets.
  • Knowledge of **export documentation, international trade practices, and shipping logistics**.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to **travel occasionally** for business development activities.

This position is primarily focused on Export Sales.

While coordination with logistics is part of the role, the position requires strong experience in export sales, client development, and international market handling.

Candidates with primarily procurement or logistics backgrounds are not ideal for this role.
