- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information about Loco Bear’s attractions, events, and packages
- Take and manage customer bookings efficiently
- Promote and sell different package deals and experiences
- Identify and qualify new leads through networking, market research, and outreach activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams
- Maintain sales records, update CRM systems, and provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the entertainment or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in B2B sales and dealing with enterprise clients is an advantage
- Demonstrated success in lead generation across corporate, college, and school segments
- Good understanding of the local market and community network
- Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools
