Job Summary
The Telesales Executive performs outbound calls, lead generation, customer relations, and sales strategy execution.
The role communicates with customers, handles inquiries, and supports sales initiatives and client satisfaction.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted data, generate leads, and send follow-up emails to potential customers.
- Achieve delegate acquisition sales targets by volume and value.
- Collaborate with societies and media partners to expand event reach and visibility.
- Process event registration data and report progress to Project Leads.
- Engage wider audiences and encourage them to join meetings.
- Maintain event social media platforms and post weekly updates, announcements, promotions, and program highlights.
- Manage databases for email and SMS campaigns for conference and exhibition events.
- Coordinate with IT on conference and exhibition setup in Maestro.
- Follow onsite delegate email and SMS reminder timelines for all events.
