Job Overview

  • We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our architectural model making company.
  • The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience in the real estate industry and understanding of property developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, real estate companies, architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Meet clients to understand project requirements and present our model making solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to develop business.
  • Maintain an updated CRM and submit regular sales reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after project completion.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently.
