Sales Executive – Interior Fit Out & Renovation

  • Location: Dubai, UAE. Employment Type: Full time.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month (depending on UAE experience).
  • Commission on projects successfully handed over and fully paid.
  • Company Visa, Medical Insurance, Annual Leave & Air Ticket as per UAE Labour Law.
  • Company Mobile Allowance, Fuel/Car Allowance (if applicable).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and online platforms.
  • Follow up on all company generated leads promptly.
  • Meet homeowners, consultants, architects, property managers, and corporate clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and estimation team.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and company profiles.
  • Conduct project presentations and explain scope of work.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend networking events and exhibitions to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of UAE sales experience in Interior Fit Out, Renovation, Joinery, Construction, or Building Materials.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the UAE construction and fit out market.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (preferred).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Minimum 40 new qualified leads per month.
  • Minimum 20 client meetings/site visits per month.
  • Minimum 10 quotations submitted per month.
  • Minimum AED 250,000–500,000 sales target per month.
  • Minimum 20% quotation to contract conversion rate.
  • CRM updated daily.
  • Customer satisfaction maintained throughout sales process.
