About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to take measurements and understand project requirements
- Prepare BOQ, material take offs, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution
- Plan and supervise daily operations of the carpentry/joinery workshop
- Manage carpenters, machine operators, and helpers to ensure productivity
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work
- Oversee site installation activities and ensure proper execution as per drawings
- Ensure all works are completed according to approved designs and specifications
- Maintain high standards of quality control in both factory and site work
- Identify and resolve technical or execution issues during production and installation
- Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry/joinery workshop supervision
- Ability to conduct site visits, take measurements, and understand project requirements
- Ability to prepare BOQ, material take offs, and cost estimates
- Knowledge of quality control and safety compliance in UAE
