Position Overview

  • Dolphin Manufacturing Limited is seeking a dynamic and result oriented Sales Executive to join its HVAC Heat Exchanger Division.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence across the UAE HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell HVAC heat exchangers, coils, and related installation services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end users.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the UAE HVAC market.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the HVAC Heat Exchanger industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including coils, micro channel coils, heat exchangers, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and heat pipes.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
  • Familiarity with the UAE HVAC market will be an added advantage.
