Responsibilities
- Promote and sell HVAC heat exchangers, coils, and related installation services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end users
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the UAE HVAC market
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely execution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after sales support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the HVAC Heat Exchanger industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including coils, micro channel coils, heat exchangers, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and heat pipes
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business
- Familiarity with the UAE HVAC market is an added advantage

Position Overview
- Dolphin Manufacturing Limited is seeking a dynamic and result oriented Sales Executive to join our HVAC AC Coil Service Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell HVAC heat exchangers, coils, and related installation services.
