Job Description
Al Fariq Properties LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market and a strong passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for property sales and leasing
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and property listings
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate brokerage (Dubai experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
