- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk ins
- Provide detailed information about courses, training programs, fees, and schedules
- Counsel and guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their career goals
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, and admissions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students
- Coordinate with trainers and branch staff to ensure a smooth student onboarding process
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, education counseling, or admissions is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
