Tora Bullion Jewellery is opening a new Abu Dhabi branch and is seeking customer-focused professionals for its precious metals and bullion trading business.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and provide professional sales assistance.
- Promote and sell bullion products according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and transaction records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
- Follow compliance, internal controls, and company procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Have proven sales experience, preferably in bullion, gold, jewellery, or retail sectors.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have good knowledge of billing procedures and cash handling.
- Be customer-oriented and maintain a professional attitude.
- Familiarity with the UAE market is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
