- Welcome and assist customers professionally.

- Explain products, pricing, and available options clearly.
- Handle sales enquiries and follow up with customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure accurate billing and transaction procedures.
- Support daily counter operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and professional attitude.
- Good numerical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the gold/bullion industry is an advantage.
