**ARC Decor & Contracting** is looking for an experienced and driven **Sales Executive** to join our team.
With your expertise in the industry, you will play a key role in securing new projects and expanding our client base across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation:** Proactively identify and reach out to new commercial and residential clients.
- **Client Meetings:** Conduct site visits, present our decor and contracting portfolio, and understand client requirements.
- **Quotations:** Work with the technical team to prepare and present competitive project proposals.
- **Closing Deals:** Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to meet sales targets.
- **Market Awareness:** Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity in the Abu Dhabi market.
Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum **3+ years of sales experience** in the UAE (specifically in Interior Design, Fit-out, or Contracting).
- **Network:** A proven track record and an existing network of clients/consultants is highly preferred.
- **Communication:** Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English.
- **License:** A valid **UAE Driving License** is mandatory for this role.
Salary & Benefits
- **Monthly Salary:** **AED 4,000** (All-inclusive).
- **Commission:** [Optional: Add "Attractive commission on achieved targets"].
- **Location:** Mussafah 16, Abu Dhabi.
- Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
