Overview
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to handle daily office operations, support project coordination, and ensure smooth communication between site and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage **daily office operations and administrative tasks**
- Handle **calls, emails, and client inquiries**
- Maintain and organize **documents, drawings, and project files**
- Prepare **quotations, invoices, and LPOs**
- Assist in **project coordination** between site and office
- Track **materials, deliveries, and supplier coordination**
- Maintain **employee records and attendance**
- Support in **basic accounting tasks** (expenses, petty cash)
- Schedule **meetings and appointments**
- Prepare **reports and documentation** as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Business Administration or related field**
- 1 years experience in **office administration (preferably construction/interior field)**
- Good knowledge of **MS Office (Excel, Word, Zoho)**
- Basic knowledge of **accounting** is an advantage
- Strong **communication and organizational skills**
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
