Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales quotas
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in the CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Gather market and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and manage the full sales cycle
- Self motivated with a target driven approach
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Willingness to travel as needed

Overview
