About the Role
Al Forsan is hiring a Sales Executive to acquire B2B relationships with schools, corporates, hotels, and tourism operators for Kids Park. The role involves direct outreach, client meetings, and managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new schools, corporates, government entities, private sector, banks etc in Abu Dhabi, introducing Kids Park offers, promotions, packages
- Support revenue generation across multiple channels, including general ticketing, tours, educational and corporate programs
- Support school and sports tourism group sales through direct outreach to schools, sports academies, and group travel operators
- Support in designing and developing sales strategies focusing on Kids Park products
- Represent Kids Park in Road Shows, Fairs, Events in UAE
- Maintain close contact with B2B internal sales team and pick up sales leads, updating them with current Kids Park offers & promotions
- Build and maintain relationships and regular contacts with schools, corporates, government entities, private sector, banks etc in Abu Dhabi
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned DMC, OTA, and corporate accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales and sponsorship deliverables
- Design and lead B2C sales plan including corporate promotions, loyalty initiatives, and seasonal activations
- Develop B2B partnerships with corporates, schools, and tourism operators
- Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects to expand reach and increase sales opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years proven UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) experience in sales within entertainment industry
- Strong sales knowledge of the Abu Dhabi's school network, corporates, private sector, government entities
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with school leaders, corporates, government entities, and stakeholders
- Self motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent analytical abilities with a data driven approach to decision making
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong analytical abilities
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Fluent in English
- Have UAE valid driving license and own car is MANDATORY

The Role
- The role of Sales Executive responsible for identify, target, and acquire B2B relationships ensuring strategic partnerships.
- The role is focused on direct outreach and client engagement with schools, corporates, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Work on building and managing a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, client meetings, presentations, and relationship management.
- Assist in the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal support to closing deals and coordinating onboarding documentation.
