About the Role

- Welcome and assist all guests, ensuring a professional, courteous, and friendly environment
- Handle inquiries related to equestrian activities, events, and services, providing accurate and timely information
- Manage bookings and reservations for equestrian activities, coordinating with trainers and staff
- Maintain up to date records of guest interactions, bookings, and feedback
- Assist in organizing and managing events, competitions, and special guest programs within the equestrian department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure high quality guest experiences
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to the Equestrian General Manager when necessary
- Promote the equestrian services, membership packages, and related offerings to guests
- Ensure all safety and operational guidelines are communicated to guests before activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service
- Knowledge of equestrian activities, terminology, and safety procedures preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation management systems
