Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Outdoor Sales Executive** with proven experience in **pest control and cleaning services** to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for pest control and cleaning services through outdoor/field sales activities
- Visit potential clients, conduct site inspections, and present suitable service solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- 4–6 years of proven s**ales experience**, specifically in **pest control and cleaning services**
• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid **UAE Driving License** (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi market and corporate clients
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
