- Coordinate daily operations for pest control and cleaning service teams
- Schedule and dispatch staff, vehicles, and equipment efficiently
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
- Act as a point of contact between clients, field staff, and management
- Prepare operational reports, service logs, and performance tracking
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service follow ups professionally
- Ensure timely completion of jobs and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Support inventory management and procurement of cleaning and pest control materials
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pest control, cleaning and facilities services industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage field teams effectively
- Knowledge of UAE regulations related to pest control and cleaning services is preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- English, Hindi and Malayalam required
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Mussafah before starting work

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the cleaning services and pest control industry and will play a key role in ensuring smooth day to day operations, efficient service delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations for pest control and cleaning service teams
