- Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, website inquiries, and campaign leads
- Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, urgency, and decision making authority
- Explain services clearly and professionally to potential clients
- Arrange meetings, consultation calls, or site visits when needed
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Maintain a clear record of leads, follow ups, deal status, and client communication
- Contact potential clients
- Build relationships with referral partners and potential business contacts
- Follow up consistently until the lead is closed, lost, or moved to the next stage
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client follow up
- Good organization and tracking discipline
- Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Professional English communication
- UAE market experience is preferred
- Arabic is a strong advantage
