- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value and customer needs
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, and Scrum Masters throughout the product lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business objectives
- Monitor product performance and leverage data to drive continuous improvements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
- Ensure product releases meet quality standards and business expectations
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
- Support product adoption by collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams
Requirements
- Arabic Nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product development lifecycle
- Experience creating and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail

Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Arabic Nationality.

- Experience with cloud based, SaaS, mobile, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with API based products and system integrations.
- Knowledge of UX principles and customer journey mapping.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
