Position Overview
The position is Sales Executive – HoReCa and Institutional in Dubai, UAE, covering frozen foods and dry products.
The role drives business development and revenue growth across UAE HoReCa and institutional markets.
The role targets hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, canteens, catering companies, and other institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for frozen foods and dry products across UAE HoReCa and institutional markets.
- Generate business through market mapping, lead generation, references, field visits, and customer networking.
- Build relationships with purchase managers, chefs, F&B heads, procurement heads, and business owners.
- Acquire, onboard, and retain HoReCa and institutional accounts.
- Manage product recommendations, presentations, sampling, trials, quotations, negotiations, pricing, credit terms, purchase order closure, and activation.
- Achieve sales, revenue, volume, and customer acquisition targets while maintaining forecasts, pipeline reports, visit reports, and MIS.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, logistics, finance, and operations for fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and customer credit limits and understand shelf life, storage, cold-chain, and commercial kitchen requirements.
