Role Overview
The Floorist is seeking a proactive Stock Sales Executive to increase sales of in-stock flooring products.
The role focuses on client relationships, product presentations, sales goals, and customer guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell available stock items to reach and exceed sales objectives.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable flooring options.
- Present stock products and explain their features and advantages.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and carefully.
- Maintain current industry and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to support a smooth customer journey.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated sales experience is required.
- Flooring or furniture experience for three years is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
- A customer-first mindset and enthusiastic approach are expected.
- The candidate must work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with flooring types and materials is advantageous.
- Comfort with sales platforms and CRM software is required.
Education and Preferences
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Further education or training in sales or a related discipline is desirable.
- Arabic language ability is preferred.
Compensation
- The stated pay is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
