Extensive, proven experience in the relevant functional area, demonstrating strong technical knowledge and practical application gained through hands‑on roles both within Public Safety/P25 systems and Tactical defence industries.
Recognized subject-matter expertise within the discipline, with the ability to support or lead work requiring broader project management understanding.
Typically requires 6+ years of relevant professional experience, with advanced or specialized experience considered highly valuable.
Formal education (e.g., Bachelor's or Graduate Degree) is beneficial but may be offset by significant industry experience and demonstrated capability.
