Sales Engineer specialized in Interior Decoration, Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer specialized in Interior Decoration, Fit-Out, and Finishing Works to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, preparing quotations, and promoting the company’s interior fit-out and decoration services.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior decoration and fit-out sector.
• Visit clients, consultants, contractors, and potential customers to present company services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable decoration and fit-out solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals.
• Follow up with clients from initial inquiry through negotiation and project award.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update the management on ongoing opportunities.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
