Role Overview
City Way Facilities Management LLC in Abu Dhabi is hiring a qualified and experienced Accountant.
The role covers daily accounting, financial records, reporting, UAE VAT compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Handle VAT accounting and UAE tax compliance.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and coordinate accounting activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant UAE accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting practices.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
