Responsibilities
- Expand Electrical Safety product and service penetration across Saudi Energy, power plants, and contractors
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within energy sector projects and maintenance contractors
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and income targets
- Prepare and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives
- Follow up on quotations, tenders, and project inquiries to ensure conversion to orders
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms within approved authority
- Maintain strong relationships with procurement, HSE, maintenance, and engineering teams at customer sites
- Conduct regular site visits to plants, shutdown projects, and contractor facilities
- Promote Electrical Safety solutions including PPE, insulated tools, lockout/tagout systems, testing equipment
- Conduct risk based solution selling aligned with plant safety standards
- Submit weekly sales activity reports and monthly performance reviews
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in Electrical Safety, Industrial Safety, or PPE industry
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Safety products and industrial applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and sales forecasting

Role Purpose
- To drive the growth and expansion of the Electrical Safety Business across Saudi Energy plants and their associated contractors by strengthening customer engagement, developing new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding agreed sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Additional certification in Safety / Industrial Electrical Safety is an advantage.
- 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in Electrical Safety, Industrial Safety, or PPE industry.
- Strong exposure to field sales, site visits, and industrial project environments.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Safety products and industrial applications.
- Ability to sell technical solutions rather than products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Saudi industrial standards and safety compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and sales forecasting.
