Role Overview
Drives growth in the Building Retrofit Division, focusing on the hotel and hospitality sector.
Evaluates aging hotel central plant infrastructure and designs sustainable heating and domestic hot water solutions.
Site Surveys
- Conduct walk-throughs of hotel properties.
- Audit legacy heating, laundry, and domestic hot water systems.
System Design and Optimization
- Conceptualize retrofit solutions tailored to hospitality demand profiles.
- Size and integrate air-source and water-source heat pumps.
- Integrate solar thermal arrays, calorifiers, and hybrid central plant systems.
- Apply plate heat exchangers and assess interfaces with existing hydronic distribution systems.
- Reduce building energy use without compromising peak demand requirements.
Technical Sales
- Translate mechanical layouts and engineering data into commercial proposals for hotel decision-makers.
- Manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation and quoting through technical clarification to closing.
