Department and Role
The role is within DCServe HX and supports DCServe's HVAC, district cooling, plumbing, and infrastructure product portfolio.
Provide technical application support, equipment selection, and engineering solutions while supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, bills of quantities, specifications, and tender documents.
- Select and size products based on project requirements and technical specifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Develop technical submittals, compliance statements, and product documentation.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and the sales team.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments on technical matters.
- Resolve technical queries and support timely delivery of engineering documentation during project execution.
- Maintain accurate quotation, project, and technical records.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Application Engineering, Technical Sales, HVAC, District Cooling, MEP, or related engineering fields.
- UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
