Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer with experience in commercial and residential projects.

The role involves driving local sales, managing client relationships, and supporting maintenance-related business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to deliver tailored solutions to clients.ting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local commercial and residential market.
  • Promote and sell engineering products/services, including maintenance contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and facility management teams.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Support after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services).
  • Experience in local sales and maintenance/service contracts.
  • Good understanding of commercial and residential project requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
