- We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across large-scale kitchen, cabinetry, and fit-out manufacturing facilities.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience with:
- CNC machines & woodworking machinery
- Preventive & corrective maintenance
- Production lines & factory operations
- Leading mechanical & electrical maintenance teams
- Reducing downtime & improving operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment and production lines
- Develop preventive maintenance plans and schedules
- Manage troubleshooting, breakdowns, and root cause analysis
- Oversee installation and commissioning of new machinery
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth factory operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Experience in joinery, cabinetry, kitchens, or fit-out manufacturing is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of CNC and automated production machinery
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- English proficiency required
