Role Overview
Plus UAE Group is seeking a Mechanical Sales Engineer for its Abu Dhabi team.
The role supports business development with industrial companies, manufacturers, OEMs, engineering companies, and specialist service providers across the UAE.
This is a client-facing B2B role combining technical understanding, sales, customer meetings, opportunity development, and commercial follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B business opportunities in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Contact and meet prospective corporate customers.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, contractors, and engineering companies.
- Understand customer products, technical capabilities, and business requirements.
- Present services and commercial solutions through meetings and presentations.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow opportunities through closure.
- Coordinate quotations, proposals, commercial submissions, vendor registration, and prequalification requirements.
- Coordinate with internal operations and technical teams and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Support overseas manufacturers and business delegations, and attend industry meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Develop long-term customer and partner relationships and achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
