Job Summary
Plus UAE Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Typist - Business Setup to support operations in Abu Dhabi.
The role requires hands-on UAE experience in business setup typing, government portals, visa processing, PRO services, and corporate documentation.
Schedule and Employment
- The position is full-time, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Sunday is the weekly day off, and the probation period is six months.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mainland Visa and Free Zone Visa applications.
- Manage ADNOC registration, Notary, ICP, GDRFA, and MOHRE documentation and transactions.
- Prepare, type, upload, and submit government applications accurately within deadlines.
- Handle business setup, licensing, immigration, labour, visa, Emirates ID, and PRO documentation.
- Maintain client records in ERP or CRM systems and coordinate on pending applications.
- Follow up on application status, resolve documentation issues, and keep current with UAE procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and take ownership of assigned applications through completion.
