Overview

  • Bloomfields Group is looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Engineer to join our growing Facilities Management team.
  • If you have a strong technical background combined with excellent business development and client relationship skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, property owners, and corporate clients.
  • Promote FM services, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), MEP maintenance, technical solutions, and engineering services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
  • Conduct site visits, client presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to deliver competitive and customized solutions.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects across the UAE.
  • Develop opportunities for contract renewals, upselling, and long term client partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or sales engineering within the Facilities Management industry.
  • Experience working with engineering firms, MEP contractors, technical manufacturers, fire & life safety companies, fit out contractors, or FM service providers.
  • Strong network with developers, consultants, contractors, property management companies, and commercial clients in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of FM services, preventive maintenance, MEP systems, and technical proposals.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
