Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector
- Build strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, property owners, and corporate clients
- Promote FM services, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), MEP maintenance, technical solutions, and engineering services
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract award
- Conduct site visits, client presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver competitive solutions
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects across the UAE
- Develop opportunities for contract renewals, upselling, and long term client partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or sales engineering within the Facilities Management industry
- Experience working with engineering firms, MEP contractors, technical manufacturers, fire & life safety companies, fit out contractors, or FM service providers
- Strong network with developers, consultants, contractors, property management companies, and commercial clients in the UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of FM services, preventive maintenance, MEP systems, and technical proposals
- UAE driving license is preferred
