Role Overview
Reports internally to the Manager - Sales and Marketing and communicates with shipyard organizations and personnel.
Advises on new leads, enquiry status, client visits, contracts, sales pipeline activity, and staff training needs for assigned products.
Communicates externally with clients, agencies, manufacturer agencies, and vessel owners.

Communication and purpose
Reports internally to the Manager - Sales and Marketing and communicates with shipyard organizations and personnel.
Advises on new leads, enquiry status, client visits, contracts, sales pipeline activity, and staff training needs for assigned products.
Communicates externally with clients, agencies, manufacturer agencies, and vessel owners.
Health, safety, and environment
- Employees are accountable for their acts and omissions.
- Follows safe systems of work, training, and instructions and reports accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- May stop work when conditions are considered unsafe.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine, or Mechanical disciplines is required.
- MBA is preferred.
- Requires 4-6 years of experience in OEM and services sales.
- Required expertise includes marine, shipping, offshore, shipyard repair and maintenance, or shipbuilding.
- GCC or Middle East experience is preferred.
