Overview

**Our client, a leading player in the interior design and fit-out sector, is currently looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven** ***Sales Engineer*** **to join their growing team.**

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in interior design solutions to be part of a creative and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess project requirements.
  • Deliver effective technical presentations and communicate product/service value.
  • Collaborate with internal design and project teams to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven UAE sales experience in interior design or fit-out.
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior design solutions and materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented sales mindset.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
