Position Overview
The employer is seeking a Sales Engineer for its Dubai and Sharjah branches.
The role combines technical expertise and sales capability to support business growth and provide tailored client solutions.
The position requires extensive knowledge of fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Recommend appropriate fire alarm solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations.
- Work with design and engineering teams to meet codes and client specifications.
- Prepare quotations, tender documents, and sales proposals.
- Follow up with clients and close sales.
- Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.
- Stay current with NFPA, EN, BS, local fire codes, and product developments.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
