Job Overview
The employer is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support sales and marketing activities.
The role includes sales coordination, customer communication, administrative support, lead management, and marketing assistance.
Experience in fire protection, fire alarm, firefighting, MEP, or engineering is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Sales and Marketing team.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, LPOs, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Follow up with customers and prospects to generate new business.
- Maintain customer and sales databases.
- Assist with presentations, product information, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate customer meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and sales activities.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage sales leads and monitor pending quotations.
- Coordinate internal order processing and prepare sales and management reports.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities when required.
- Maintain customer relationships and perform assigned sales, marketing, and administrative duties.
