Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited university; equivalent professional experience of 4 or more years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management.
Demonstrated technical aptitude with knowledge and understanding of high-voltage substation systems and electrical infrastructure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to individuals with varied technical backgrounds.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and sustain client relationships at multiple organizational levels.
Ability to identify and influence key decision makers within prospective client organizations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and execute work plans, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; willingness to travel regionally within assigned territory (up to 25%).
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Sales experience in the high-voltage electrical, utility, or industrial services field.
Familiarity with Dashiell’s service capabilities including testing, commissioning, engineering, and construction.
Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
Established professional network within the utility or industrial energy markets in assigned region.
