Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Dubai.
The Sales Employee will actively prospect for new clients, respond to inquiries, and build a pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors through calls, meetings, and property viewings.
Daily responsibilities include presenting and marketing properties, conducting property tours, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to closing.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying informed about market trends, pricing, and new developments, and collaborating closely with colleagues and management to meet individual and team sales targets.
The Sales Employee is expected to provide professional, client-centered service and represent the company’s brand and values in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate or a similar industry.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide tailored property recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic or other widely spoken languages in Dubai) are an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads, property listings, and appointments simultaneously.
- Solid knowledge or strong interest in the Dubai and Sharjah real estate markets, including current projects, communities, and investment trends.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Ability to work on-site, including conducting property tours and attending client meetings across Dubai.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with a commitment to non-discriminatory and inclusive client service.
- Previous real estate sales experience and a valid UAE driving license are highly preferred.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory with strong experience.
