Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Recruiter role based in Dubai.
- The Recruiter will manage end to end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes.
- Daily tasks include partnering with hiring managers, drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and maintaining an organized candidate pipeline.
- The Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience, and comply with employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably within real estate or a fast paced sales driven environment.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and common office software.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and labor regulations.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and cultural awareness.
